Luke Feldmeier – Owner, CEO, and Career Coach
Luke is the founder and CEO, along with continuing to be a career and leadership coach for engineers himself. He is a Member of the Forbes Coaches Council, an engineer by degree, a Professor of Engineering Leadership and Career Acceleration at the Villanova University College of Engineering, and since moving into his first leadership role more than a decade ago, he’s spent his career developing as a leader, developing others in his workplace, and progressing careers of other engineers. He’s managed hundreds of people through a number of leadership roles, is currently at director level, and is poised to continue progressing in his executive career. He takes all of the experience that he’s collected over the years and condenses it into his career and leadership coaching programs.

Jen Marvin – VP of Aerospace Engineering and Career Coach for Women Engineers
Jen Marvin is an engineer and a career coach that has a passion for helping others grow their careers. After more than 30 years in engineering and leadership, and as an engineer herself, she understands the intricacies of navigating the work force and planning a career that is catered to each individual. Her experience as an engineer and leader gives her a unique background that sets her up to be an inspiring coach who empowers others to advance their careers. Along with Jen’s experience in engineering and aerospace, Jen also is certified in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace via USF.
Jen is located in the beautiful Pacific Northwest where she enjoys hiking, yoga, and spending time with her two adult daughters.
