Career and Leadership Skill Building Modules
For those who are interested in further developing their career and leadership skills, work these courses in at your leisure throughout the program. The intent is for them to help identify gaps and generate ideas for you to work on developing each week. Bring your ideas, questions, current situations at work, or success stories to the weekly calls and online discussion forums. My suggestion is to work on one or two subjects per week so that we can have productive discussion and practice/implement new learnings, as opposed to taking on too many subjects at once. Although many of the modules are written from the perspective of leadership development, they are valuable career skills to understand as an employee as well.
